MATIN STUDIO
Matin Studio is a Sydney-based label that encapsulates a laid-back beach lifestyle.
Inspired by the loose-fitting silhouettes of the 1970s, the designers have created a range that is bohemian and refined at the same time. Their collection is centred on wearability and features a selection of key pieces in classic cuts; designed to be interchanged and worn as a kind of easy uniform.
All garments are made locally, with soft, natural fabrics such as cottons and linen. The pieces echo a classic French colour palette of white, black and blues with subtle red accents. The label’s aesthetic is also homegrown, with sheer white cotton dresses and shorts, destined for balmy weather and mornings spent walking along beaches.
