Sitting on the waist, featuring back pockets, a fly front and finishing at your ankles, this style has become a Lois Hazel favourite. The LW Straight Pant features an incredibly special print by Indigenous artist Lee-Anne Williams.
Lee-Anne Williams is a proud Bunuba/Wankatjunka woman who lives in The Kimberley and is supported by Marnin Studio. Lois met Lee-Anne through her partnership with the Design Within Country Project, working with local Indigenous artists in Western Australia. Lee-Anne's artistic background is both Desert and Riverside from both of her grandmothers. The print represents of the dry river beds, like cracks in dry mud after a big flood. She loves painting because it takes her mind off everything negative that is happening around her; it's like therapy.
