What can I sell?


We accept authentic pre-owned garments from brands on our approved list, provided they are in new or gently used condition. This is to ensure that the items meet the quality standards of our community.

Why is my listing not live?


Once submitted, your listing is ‘pending’ while our verification team ensures compliance with brand guidelines. We’ll email to let you know when the listing has been approved and is live on the pre-loved site.

How do I ship the sold item?


You will be emailed a pre-paid shipping to send the item directly to the buyer. At this stage, we enable domestic shipping only i.e. the buyer and seller must both be located in the same country (both in Australia or both in New Zealand)

How will I get paid?


Payment will be released 72 hours after the item has been delivered. You can choose to be paid out in 80% cash or 110% store credit.

Is it safe to transact?


Yes! Every listing is verified and all transactions are covered by Buyer Protection.

How long does shipping take?


The seller will ship directly to your delivery address. Parcels typically arrive within 7-10 days. At this stage, we enable domestic shipping only i.e. the buyer and seller must both be located in the same country (both in Australia or both in New Zealand)

Can I return or exchange?


Please note transactions are final sale because they are sold by individuals i.e. no returns / exchanges allowed if you change your mind. However, you are can relist it for someone else to purchase!

The item I received is not as described, what do I do?


Please contact us at help@re-mint.com within 48 hours of delivery if the item is not as described in the listing so we can assist you.
