RETURNS POLICY


Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

  • Return request must be lodged within 7 calendar days from delivery of your original order based on the tracking information provided by Australia Post or DHL.
  • Item/s must be returned in original condition with their tags attached, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, unmarked and in original undamaged packaging (dust bag, jewellery/sunglasses box etc).
  • Swimwear should be tried on over underwear with the original hygiene sticker in place.
*Orders placed with additional discount coupon codes (except for the first time customer 10% Welcome Offer) are not eligible for returns for refunds. 

HOW TO RETURN?


1. If you placed your order as a signed-in customer, log in to your account and Go to 'My Returns'. If you placed your order as a Guest click here – you'll need to provide your order reference and email address.

2. Click the button 'REQUEST NEW RETURN', find the order you want to return, select each item and your reason for returning, and click the button 'Submit'.

3. You will receive an email notifying you if your return request is Approved or Rejected. If you returns request is approved,

  • Australian Customers: a Prepaid Return Shipping Label will be provided to you free of charge.
  • International Customers: Return Address will be provided to you. However, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
    We encourage you to return your item/s via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by THE ARCHIVE PLACE.

4. Print and attach the Return Shipping Label to the package, and lodge it within 5 business days. Return parcels lodged outside of this timeframe will not be accepted and refunds will not be processed.

REFUNDS

  • Once your return has been received, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • If you had paid for Shipping, the original Shipping Charge will not be refunded. 
  • If you were eligible for Free Shipping and wish to return part of your order, i) if the value of kept items are still above the Free Shipping threshold for your country, there will be no charge for shipping or returns; ii) if the value of kept items fall under the Free Shipping threshold for your country, you will be charged with the Flat Rate Shipping Fee for your country.   • If you placed your order with Afterpay, a 6% processing fee will be automatically deducted from the amount to be refunded.
  • If you receive an item in a flawed or damaged condition, please advise Customer Service within 7 days. Where possible we will arrange for a new replacement to be sent to you or a return for a full refund of the defective item.
  • Repeat Returns:

    • We offer a flexible returns policy to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. However, If you have: (i) returned more than AUD$2,000 of merchandise in the last 6 months, and (ii) sent back over 80% of the value of your purchases made in the last 6 months, your account will be subject to a modified return policy. While we will still accept back returns under the modified return policy: (x) your returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and (y) $15 shipping charge will be deducted from the refund. 

EXCHANGE

  • We do not offer Exchange. Please lodge a return request for your orginal order and place a new order for the style you'd like to exchange for.
