RETURN POLICY

The Archive Place offers Refunds for change of mind on all orders, subject to below conditions:

  • Return request must be lodged within 7 calendar days from delivery of your order based on the tracking information provided by Australia Post or DHL. 
  • Item/s must be returned in original condition with their tags attached, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, unmarked and in original undamaged packaging (dust bag, jewellery/sunglasses box etc).
  • Swimwear should be tried on over underwear with the original hygiene sticker in place.
  • If merchandise is returned and do not meet the above conditions, refunds will not be processed and items will be sent back to you at an additional charge;

AUSTRALIAN RETURNS:

  • Once your return request is approved, a Prepaid Return Shipping Label will be provided to you free of charge.
  • If you had paid for shipping, the original shipping costs will be fully refunded when you return the entire order. 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:

  • Once your return request is approved, Return Address will be provided to you. However, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We encourage you to return your item/s via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by THE ARCHIVE PLACE. 
  • If you had paid for shipping, the original shipping costs will be fully refunded when you return the entire order. 
EXCHANGE:
  • We do not offer exchanges. If you would like an alternate size or style, please request a return for your initial purchase and place a new order for the size or style you need. 

AFTERPAY:

  • Orders placed with Afterpay are eligible for refunds. However, a 6% processing fee will be automatically deducted from the amount to be refunded.

HOW TO RETURN?

1. Log into My Account, navigate to My Returns and click REQUEST NEW RETURN. If you checked out as a guest, please click here.

2. Your return request will then be reviewed by our customer service team within 1 business day. If you returns request is approved, you will be provided with a return number and a returns shipping label (for Australian Customers) or return address (for International Customers).

3. Print and attach the Return Shipping Label to the package, and lodge it within 5 business days. Return parcels lodged outside of this timeframe will not be accepted and refunds will not be processed. 

4. Once we receive your returned parcel, we will process the refund within 3 business days and notify you by email.
